Returns and replacements
If the item does not fit or do not meet customer expectations, The customer has the right to return or exchange for another model within 14 days from receipt of goods. Returned goods must be unused, with tags and original packaging. Money for returned goods will be refunded to the Customer's bank account as soon as possible but not later than 14 days from the receipt of goods by Studio Liv OÜ. The right to submit a complaint and the return of non-conforming products.
According to the Law of Obligations Act § 218 section 2 of the Customer is entitled to submit complaints within two years from the date of receipt of goods. During the first six months of the defect occurred, it is assumed that it was available at the time of purchase and the nature of the defect has to identify the seller. If the defect is of technological nature The client may require improvement and improving the ineffectiveness or lack of replacement or refund. - Customer name and contact details;
- Date of the complaint;
- A product defect;
- Studio Liv OÜ requirement;
- The account number to which the goods were received (if possible, attach a copy of the bill).
The application must be sent no later than two months after the discovery of the defect. Non-compliance with the time limit without good reason, the Customer loses the right to request a free replacement product.
Studio Liv OÜ is not responsible for:
- Customer's fault or negligence of the damage;
- Defects that are caused by inappropriate use of the product;
- Natural wear and tear of normal use.
